Terms of delivery 30.10.2024


ORDERING

We send orders mainly to the EU Countries, UK, Japan, Canada, South-Korea and USA. You'll find all Countries from the menu in the check out. You can also order products at another address, for example as a gift, to add the shipping address to the details field. The subscriber must be 18 years of age or have the guardian's consent given by email. We will answer any questions by email or phone. Below you will find our contact information.

PAYMENT

Product prices include Finnish VAT, tax breakdown can be seen in shopping cart and delivery confirmation. Possible shipping costs will be added to the total purchases and displayed in the shopping cart.

In the prices of some used products, a profit margin system is applied, and they do not include deductible VAT.

The ordered products can be paid for by all the payment methods available at Paytrail.  Paytrail Plc (Business ID 2122839-7) acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.

If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or other credit cards displayed at the checkout, Humina Design will only act as a marketer of products and services and will also deliver the products to the buyer. Paytrail is responsible for complaints.

- ONLINE BANKING

Paytrail payment and financing service for online banking is implemented in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

- BANK TRANSFER

Payment can be made through direct bank transfer. We will ship products only after payment has been received at our bank account.

- PAYPAL

PayPal is also available as a payment method.

- CASH PAYMENTS

You can also pay in cash (or by card) when picking up the product in Tampere or at the Pop-up store.

PRODUCTS

The products are sold as-is. Metal items are not polished, allowing the natural patina to remain. Some customers prefer products with patina, and each buyer can treat the item as they wish. Glass and ceramic dishes are generally cleaned.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are shown at checkout when ordering. You can choose the delivery method you want and the price will be determined accordingly. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order. Select delivery method or pick-up from the store as the order form. Valid delivery costs are shown in more detail at checkout when you place your order.

For example: Within Finland, Posti small parcel €5.90 and parcels starting from €7.90. Pickup from Tampere is free of charge.

When delivered outside Finland, the customer is responsible for any customs, tax and all other import-related payments.

DELIVERY TIME

4-14 days.
If delivery is delayed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY METHODS

Shipments are delivered by parcel via Finnish Posti and Matkahuolto.

Pickup from Tampere or the Pop-up store.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days, either verbally or in writing. Below you will find contact information. The product must be shipped within 14 days of cancellation. Return of payment will be made by the same payment method as the purchase.

According to the Consumer Protection Act: "If the consumer has received the goods, he must keep it substantially unchanged and unrestricted until he decides to keep the goods. However, if the consumer withdraws from the contract after the goods are put into service, he shall be liable for the value of the contract. Goods shall not be deemed to have been put into service if the consumer has treated the goods only as necessary for the purpose of ascertaining their nature, characteristics and functionality. "

The product may be tested and matched as in the store. Any other use of the product is considered as commissioning. (Guidance for Consumer Advisory Board 12.12.2018).

We do not accept returns of hygiene products, underwear and earrings.

You must include or copy the original shipping list. Returns will be paid by the customer and the shipping price will not be refunded. We do not redeem postage returns.

The sender is responsible for the product's return delivery and condition upon arrival.


FAULTS

We will refund or exchange defective products sold as new.

Used products are sold in the condition they are at the time of purchase and defects in them will not be refunded.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, contact Posti or Matkahuolto Customer Service directly.

DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties and will only be used for the purpose of managing your customer relationship.

We reserve the right to change terms and prices.
