The customer's personal data is processed by third parties, who are subcontractors of the Controller. These subcontractors' services are essential for the execution of the contract for obtaining and processing an electronic order between the Controller and the customer.

The Controller's subcontractors include:

• Webnode AG (e-commerce system);
• Shipping company;
• Google Analytics (website analytics);

Customer Rights

In accordance with the Regulation, the customer has the right to:

1. Access personal data;
2. Correct personal data;
3. Delete personal data;
4. Object to the processing of personal data;
5. Data portability;
6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or by email to: humina@huminadesignshop.fi;
7. File a complaint with a supervisory authority if there is a suspicion of a Regulation breach.

Personal Data Security

1. The Controller commits to taking all technical and organizational precautions necessary to protect personal data;
2. The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage spaces, particularly by ensuring access to computers with passwords, using antivirus software, and maintaining computers regularly.

Final Provisions

2. The customer agrees to these rules by checking the checkbox in the order form;
3. The Controller may update these rules at any time. The new, updated version must be published on this website.
